Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom personalized items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Once an order is placed it takes from 3-7 days to process the order, Printing and packaging , Please allow 7-25 business  for your order to arrive as we are a print on demand company and it takes time for us to produce awesome custom products for you! Please Note if you have ordered multiple different items some items will be shipped individually from different Printing facilities, so you will receive more than one tracking number.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final, Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer. In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Care team info@theledlands.com, and will produce and send a replacement at no charge.
